Helen and Kate are native English speakers with international teacher training certificates, they will teach the Monday evening “English pop up class” alternately.
The key element of this class is to deepen and develop the Asana Practice. The fluid and dynamic Vinyasa Flow sequences are challenging but feasible and will help to build power, flexibility and balance. Further Breathing technics and the rhythm of breath in constant movement are parts of this class. The Intention is to build Awareness, Clarity, Focus and Freedom also described as meditation in movement.
